# Christian Stokke-Mikalsen

> Co-founder & former CTO of Oda, Norway's first unicorn. Works with ambitious Nordic founders as an advisor, investor and CTO. Based in Oslo, Norway.

## Founder
- Co-founded Oda in 2013 (online grocery, Oslo) and served as CTO until 2024.
- Built and led the technology team behind Oda's award-winning customer experience, and a logistics platform with world-class quality and efficiency.
- Over eleven years, Oda went from seed stage to a unicorn valuation (Norway's first, 2021) and expanded into several international markets.
- Proudest of the amazing team built along the way, and its uniquely ambitious and friendly culture.

## Builder
Curious, hands-on builder. Thrives in the chaos of early company-building, and in turning that chaos into scalable products and companies. Works with founders as an advisor, co-founder or engineer, or as a fractional or interim CTO.
- AI-native by default: small team of high-impact engineers working with AI agents to plan, code, review, test and ship, punching far above its weight
- Zero to one: get to first product, first traction and first hires, moving fast but on solid foundations
- Scaling up: the teams, culture and architecture to grow fast without breaking
- Advice from experience: guidance on product, tech and team decisions from someone who has learned through every stage, between first commit and unicorn

## Investor
- Invests mainly as an LP in some of the best Nordic venture funds. Startups that are raising should reach out to the funds that fit their company.
- Occasionally also invests directly, usually in strong teams he already knows.
